foundation seeks to find cures and treatments for many of todays diseases. The

The NYU Alzheimer's Disease Center is part of the Department of Psychiatry at
New York University School of Medicine in mid-town Manhattan. The center is one
of 30 Alzheimer's disease centers in the U.S. supported by the National
Institute On Aging. The center studies brain aging and Alzheimer's disease, to

The Society For Neuroscience has a marvelous web page, a personal favorite of
mine. The Society of Neuroscience is a non-profit organization of scientists and
physicians who study the brain and nervous system at basic and applied levels of
research. Their focus is on the many diseases of the brain and nervous system,
which does include Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The Society publishes the
Journal of Neuroscience and has an annual meeting. The Society for Neuroscience
